PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED

We provide a 2-year limited warranty on the BIOLIGHT Medical Hair Therapy laser cap device and a 1-year limited warranty on the included battery pack and AC Adapter.

BIOLIGHT warrants the BIOLIGHT Medical Hair Therapy device against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase online from our website (ONLY) or a BIOLIGHT authorized physician. If a defect in material or workmanship exists, BIOLIGHT will repair or replace the necessary parts with new or reworked parts at no charge. Any replacement part will be covered under the original 2-year limited warranty.

This Warranty does not cover damages caused by acts of God, misuse, negligence, accident, or modification of any part of the unit as determined by our return department. This Warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to an improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than the company. Failure to use and maintain the BIOLIGHT Medical Hair Therapy laser cap device in accordance with the instructions in this manual will void the product warranty.

In order to be eligible for any warranty - proof of purchase is required for both online purchases or purchases from a BIOLIGHT authorized physician.

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA: 

We are pleased to include free shipping for all laser cap orders placed for delivery in Canada. Replacement battery packs are not eligible for free shipping.  Due to COVID19 we are not currently allowing local pick up.

DELIVERY TIMES:

BIOLIGHT Medical Hair Therapy orders are currently shipped from Ontario via Canada Post. Local 3-5 business days. ** Note that these delivery times are approximate and orders may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
